[Fiware-webui] Links to Apiary Resources for R5

Hi all,

I have just had a look at our summary for resources that we collected 
for Release 4 last year:

I assume these won't have changed for the upcoming Release? In this 
case, I would transfer the entries from Release 4, also to Release 5 
(apart from the Open Specs, which will for now link to the R5 Draft pages).
POI Data Provider did not list an Apiary Resource back then, because it 
was not available in time. But I have found that the resources are now 
available here: http://docs.fiwarepoi.apiary.io/#

@Ari: Will this be the location that will also be used for the R5 Spec? 
If so, please make sure to update the "R4"-Reference in the texts.
