[Fiware-webui] URGENT: Apiary .apib-Sources and GitHub-Pages

Hi all,

as discussed in the last weekly call in December 
(https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VC21Xh0SWrQ8NQYF3XpuMQuOzl5VT9GPFx_U0rcFYQU), 
there is still information needed for some GE to finish the deliverable 
of the Open Specifications, namely:

  * A link to the source files from which the API Specification of the
    GE was created
  * A link to the HTML version of the Specification, published on GitHub
    pages. I have sent the link to instructions of how to publish the
    HTML on GitHub pages before my vacation on the mailinglist
  * A link to the Apiary-Project

The content is already available for Synchronization:

I still need the content in the same fashion for:

Please send me pointers to the location where I can find the requested 
files. This deliverable is long overdue, thus providing the missing 
information is URGENT!
