[Fiware-webui] REMINDER: Link of ReadTheDocs to GitHub-Releases

Good morning all!

The list of tagged documentation is almost complete, thank you for your 
quick reactions!

There are only three GE missing, which deliver documentation in the 
scope of R4, but ReadTheDocs still point to the "latest" Release, or of 
which I may have missed your emails with the updates, which are:

- 2D-UI
- Real / Virtual - Interaction
- GIS Data Provider
