Hi all,

Here is the plan for the new style of the Sprint review. remember that
the reviews will now be part of the TC meetings on Monday morning and be
spread over the entire week with 2-3 presentations each time.

With this schedule we have quite a bit of time to prepare. But please
think about what we should show there already. I think Torsten wanted to
set up the slides already, so we can start putting things together.

Dear Chapter Leaders,

 

As you know Sprint-Demo review meetings have been integrated into the
Technical Steering Committee meetings in order to make sure proper
attendance and feedback is provided according to the role of platform
owner held by the Technical Steering Committee.

 

These demo review slots are spread out during the month, and inserted in
the first meeting hour in order not to cut any discussion between
committee members.

 

Please, find below the proposal for the meetings.

Please, Juanjo, Chapter leaders, let me know if you had any objection to
the current proposal.

Otherwise, please, Kenneth, Davide, Clara, make sure you have your
presentation ready for Monday.
