Finally, after merging the last PR, NGSIv2 release candidate (May 2016
version) is out!

A post about the releasing has been also published in the FIWARE blog:
https://www.fiware.org/2016/06/08/fiware-ngsi-version-2-release-candidate.
Please spread the word :)
@NEC: as soon as the release notes get published in some place (some
mechanism has been suggested: google doc, markdown, etc.) a link can be
included from the specification to the notes.
