[Fiware-webui] NGSI-v2

Hi,

It seems that there is a mostly stable version of NGSI-v2 available. It
should contain all of the stuff that we wanted to have (plus a new
Linked Data extension).

And the current spec (should be stable for our purposes):

Back then we said that NGSI-v2 would be in particular useful for the POI
GE but that we would re-evaluate this when the new API is available.
This is the case now. In  its latest version ContextBroker already
supports the new NGSI (mostly at least). It probably makes sense to
discuss this in our call on Wednesday.

So please have a look at the API until then, if possile.

Torsten has created an interface to NGSI for FiVES already (but still
the v1-API, I believe).
