[Fiware-webui] GE Status for current Reference Architecture deliverable

Hi,

Looks correct to me. I think we can leave the Cloud Rendering as is, as
it is functioning as designed with out limitaions (please correct me if
I am wrong). So, we are not developing it further for nw, but it can be
used.

The main reason that AR was downgraded was due to the license issues. We
do not have that with the Cloud-Rendering.

Within the EU project Dreamspace we are creating a real-time realistic
renderer that works with XML3D scene descriptions (currently a subset)
already. This will be ready in the coming months. I would suggest that
once it is stable we make this available as an (alternative) GE
implementation. However, it would probably make sense then to also
extend/upgrade the API as this will have significantly more
functionality. But let's discuss this when we get there.

Regarding the VC-GE: I think it is fine as is. I believe we did not want
to merge this.
