[Fiware-wg-leaders] WG - Status on JIRA - CONCERNING!!

Dear WG leader,

I wanted to address this issue during the management meeting but time constraint avoided it. So I'm following Juanjo's direction to fix this issue which seem urgent to me  .

In my opinion we need to get this up and running ASAP. I've been patient during last couple of months since you had no previous experience and were involved in many tasks.
But now I tend to feel the dynamic is going bad and helpless since see no general positive signs from Working Group leaders.

I've offered myself for individual explanations but it doesn't show much effect. In other cases any communication try on my side has simple been rejected/ignored.

Then, I'm almost left with the tool to declare WGs either on risk or lack of cooperation from their leaders for the management report, being both nasty to explain in the next review meeting.
Technical chapters are doing it so it will be difficult to justify WG aren't. Additionally your resources reports will appear unjustified.

I'd appreciate seeing a quick reaction on your side to fix this.
