[Fiware-wg-leaders] Channels to manage communication with FIWARE users/audience

Dear all,

  A number of channels have been established in order to manage communication with FIWARE users and interested parties.

  They have been advertised to the general public in the FIWARE website:
http://www.fiware.org/contact-us/

  They have also advertised to all FIWARE Accelerator projects and the EC.

  All of these lists (with the exception of fiware-press-request) will have a JIRA backlog associated where entries will be created when messages are received (replies to messages will be linked as comments to entries linked to those messages).   This will help to follow-up responses to messages that are received.   Each of these lists will have a responsible and deputy who will be in charge of making sure responses to messages are given, assigning the task to a given partner when needed (note this may lead to creation of an entry in the JIRA backlog to be associated to each chapter).

  Soon we will provide more details about members, responsibles, deputies and procedures to handle messages linked to these mailing lists.   Please stay tuned.

  IMPORTANT NOTE: you may get approached by external parties directly looking for help, info, etc.   Please ask them to formulate their request using any of the mailing lists provided as contact channels.   Otherwise, things will get a mess.
