[Fiware-wg-leaders] Non presence of Security expert in FIWARE Bootcamp in Hamburg

Dear Juanjo,

I do have here to apologize but despite all our efforts for a security expert to be there It happened that the expert appointed to attend (in that case Cyril in cc) couldn't be physically there but In the meantime did take necessary steps to make him available and deliver the planned training session remotely. Don't know why such a facility couldn't be offered. Maybe something to discuss and to improve for the future.

As for the other sessions we did get them already discussed at Security Chapter level and appoint at least for Sophia and Berlin security experts to attend as reported on the excel file. In the meantime it is true that it is difficult to get additional information we need from organizers to settle all the details. Would be nice to have crystal clear the contact person for each of the Startup week ends. If not I'm afraid this will go against security experts to plan their trip enough ahead of time which might put their physical presence at risk.

Dear Pascal,

  I have learnt that nobody from the Security chapter did attend the FIWARE Bootcamp in Hamburg to provide training on the Security GEris (Identity Management and Access Control).

  This is a situation we should avoid in future Startup Weekend FIWARE special edition events.   All the chapters are doing their best to be present at all events and providing training is crucial.
