Dear Stefano,

In case it helps, this is a summary of the steps:
1- During the kick-off meeting I explained that all chapters and working groups will be following the agile procedures.
2 - Since beginning of October I've been working to create trackers, mail handlers, screens, workflows, versions, etc to have the JIRA tool available for the partners.
2 - Last week we set up an 'easy target' to create first issues for all chapters and WG. And I did by Friday a round to check it out.
3 - I sent an email to create awareness on the matter.

Then, I'd appreciate knowing what part you don't understand so that I can address your misunderstandings properly.

I do not understand the purpose of your email, really i don't.

I understood that jira is used by our clients (fiware user) when things do not work or if there is any issue.

Indeed the coaches team is working and we set-up already procedures and supporting tools to be followed and used by the coachers in their work.
I had continuos calls with them.

Lab will start next year and you should well know this.

For the catalogue davide and pedro are heavily working for a new release.

So what?
