Ok. Regarding title of wiki pages that have "FI-WARE" in it, I propose to "move" them. You go into "edit" mode, then click on "move" and put the new title replacing "FI-WARE" with "FIWARE". When you do this, the two URLs remain valid (the old one with FI-WARE and the new one, so no risk of broken links) ... but at least you have the right term in the title.
