Dear all,

I have been away out of the office for more than a week and when I
returned Juanjo urged me to put all my time in concrete matters. This
means that I am not up to date and will start sending you messages on
different work items this week. For instance, there are deliverables
that should be urgently organized because their delivery date is passed!

I am keeping the meeting today just because you may want to raise
whatever issues, for different reasons we've been cancelling for a month
and this is too much. I assume that the meeting will not be too long his
time.

I am adding the minutes to the list before the call starts.
