[Fiware-wg-leaders] Coordination Meetings (today we have meetings in the afternoon!!)

Dear all,

Let us recap and see what to do today.

1) We will have our agile and FI-Core coordination meetings today from 2:30pm to 4:30 pm. Note that the PIN will be different from the usual one for these meetings from now on.
    We'll use powwownow  as usual
    but the PIN is new: 748743

2) In general, the structure of meetings is as follows. 3 meeting the same day is too much so we will leave the TC on mondays and when March starts we will move the other two to a different day of the week:
Monday, 10:30 – 12:30 FIWARE TC meeting
Chaired and managed by: Juanjo
Attendees: TC members
Frequency: weekly (or bi-weekly)
Switch: powwownow, PIN= 050662
Coordination of technical activities in the FIWARE Community. It decides on issues affecting multiple chapters, forms an ultimate appeals board for technical decisions, and generally has oversight over all the FIWARE technical tasks
Follow-up of specifications, software releases and technical roadmaps to be delivered by the different Technical Chapters
It gets replaced by the Demo review the 1st week of each month
Follow-up of FIWARE peer QA testing activities(here or in the agile part?)

Monday, 14:30 – 15:30 (will change) Agile dynamics
Chaired and managed by: Manuel
Attendees: chapter architects, chapter leaders, wg leaders, TC members, invited persons
Frequency: weekly (or bi-weekly)
Switch: powwownow, PIN= 748743

·         Support follow-up

Monday, 15:30 – 16:30 (will change) FI-Core Coordination meeting (the time will change to mornings)

FI-Core coordination matters and deliverables not covered by the previous slots
