I agree with Philipp.

In any case, I think that we must cancel the admin meeting  today, we desperately need to finish the report today and Juanjo was trying to close the amendment. There is too much going on and too important.

I insist that those with pending deliverables should focus on them:

I don’t mind canceling the administrative meeting, but as has been

Dear Chapter Leaders,



Given *I’m meeting with you all along the week*, and *the highest
priority for my content is delivering Tech staff to the EC*, in addition
to planning current sprint and release, I propose to cancel the
management meeting unless any objection arises.

*I strongly propose to use the time to get the missing deliverables
ready for delivery.*



I understand there strategic topics to be discussed but I cannot assess
how urgent they are or whether you are ready to address them today.

If so, then we can keep the meeting. Then, please react by objecting to
cancelation.
