Dear all,

As some of you were not present in the call, let me summarise the key aspects. Minutes on the usual location.

  *   From now on, we´ll keep an attendance log. We will record who comes, who does not and who is late (being late is endemic and it hinders the effectiveness of the calls). Sending a good explanation will not discharge of attending, this is one more aspect that gauges to what extent the leader is present in the day by day interactions. Replacements can be sent as long as they are effectively replacing the leader (sending a "dummy" attendee will not count as attending)

  *   The meeting will be weekly. All Wednesdays unless agreed otherwise. Sometimes we will use that whole hour, some other we will check if there's anything pending and if not, we will close it. This will give us a weekly opportunity to synch.
  *   The most important item comes now. We are reminding that we expect Release 5 in September. We intend to keep guidelines as stable as possible with respect to Release 4. Any objections should be done now, not in a months time when everyone has started. Different items will be converted by Manuel into tickets but this is a summary (I will add deliverable codes and links to guidelines):
