[Fiware-wg-leaders] Delivering the Open Specs in R5

Dear all,

As you were asking for these templates, I have produced them quickly. 
The idea for R5 was to change procedures as little as possible. So 
little that the guidelines are the same as in R4!

1) These are the cover pages that you must fill in and use as the seed 
for the "deliverable toaster":

2) As we did the last time, when you deliver to me you have to send me 
the detailed specs (the pdf files that came out for each GE from the 
FABRE tool)


Things that I attach to this message:

  * Last time I captured all the process in a quick and dirty manual. I
    enclose it once again.
  * Quick checklist - ensure that it is respected prior to delivery!

At a later stage we will start with the sw delivery (sw + manuals)
