Dear all,
I am sorry to report that the option of dates that we were exploring with
the PO is not suitable. I spoke with Juanjo to see once again his
availability and I can go along with his proposal. As we have the FIWARE
Foundation General Assembly on March, 7, we can do this:
Rehearsal on March 6th (full day)
General Assembly Meeting on March 7th (this is not connected to the
review)
Review on March, 8-9 (one and a half days)
I am hoping that this is suitable for you.
These days have been "a bit" complicated in Telefónica but I believe that
I will be able to put more time on this from tomorrow onwards. I will
prepare a proposal of agenda and I will propose dates to discuss things
more in detail.
Unless there are serious complaints I will propose this to the PO by
Wednesday at 3pm. Les us see if you can take it.

I am sending this proposal to the PO and let us see if it is suitable.
One more item to close. I will issue and invite to Juanjo since no one has
objected. But I did not realise that Stefano is in a similar situation. I
intend to count on him if he accepts to come with us. It's for the good of
the project but if anyone has objections to this, please express them
before the end of the week (Friday at 3pm)

I've checked with Ragnar and he wants a Final Review in Brussels. We need
to book a meeting room for the rehearsal the day before and also block
your availability in your agendas. I asked if it was going to be a 1 or a
2 day review and Ragnar has not replied yet, I'll insist.

I spoke to Juanjo and although he's not formally part of the consortium, I
want to invite him to the event as an extremely relevant part of this. It
definitely goes in favour of FI-Core to have him with us. If someone has
