[Fiware-wpa] First release of the FI-WARE High-level Description (Product Vision) deliverable

Hi all,

   Finally, I have been able to close the first official release of the
FI-WARE High-level Description (Product Vision) deliverable.

   The official, .pdf version is available at:

   The MS Word version is privately available at:

   Please try to make a final review and check that everything was fine
with your chapter.   Despite I have already sent it to the EC, I would
kindly ask you to perform this final revision, just in case that I have
miss something.

   You are entitled to share this document with the rest of your teams.
