[Fiware-wpa] Confcall to report on the FI-PPP AB meeting (will also be used to follow-up status of the peer-review process by each chapter)

   Just point out that we will take advantage of this confcall to
perform an overall follow-up of the peer-review process of the different
chapters of the FI-WARE High-level description document.
