Hi all,

Despite we haven't still closed the agenda for our first review with our PO, it is foreseen that each chapter/WP will have a dedicated slot to report on status of activities linked to its chapter/WP.

You can find the template you should use for your presentation at:

http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Useful_document_templates

We still don't know how much time will be assigned to the presentations from each WP, but won't be longer than 30 mins.

Following is the index you should develop in your presentations (please follow the titles):

 * "<name-of-chapter> Vision (<x>/<y>)" (follow the convention 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 on the title to distinguish among the several slides). These should be 3 slides to elaborate on the vision and the description of the most important GEs.
 * "Focus for the first release". This is one, maximum two slides elaborating on what you expect FI-WARE to deliver for the first major release (planned to be delivered by end of April 2012 and available on the FI-WARE testbed by end of July 2012.
 * "Response to comments by reviewers". These should be slides addressing reviewers' comments to their revision of the first release of the FI-WARE Product Vision deliverable (check email that comes next)

You should provide a first take of your presentation no later than Wednesday Nov 16th EOB.

  Any comments/suggestions are welcome.

  Best regards,

-- Juanjo
