[Fiware-wpa] Instructions on how to proceed with assets soon

Hi all,

   In less than one hour, I will provide detailed instructions on how to
incorporate information about the assets and continue with the task
regarding recording of entries the FI-WARE Backlogs.

   It will imply certain re-arrangements on the Wiki, so maybe it's
worth that you stop any editing on the Wiki until the detailed
instructions come.
