[Fiware-wpa] IMPORTANT: Deadline for availability of GEs on the Testbed

Dear colleagues,

This mail is just to remind you that in order to accept that a given GE has been effectively delivered on the Testbed, two requirements have to be fulfilled:

  * The GE should be available, i.e. deployed on Testbed VMs (or on remote premises for those few GEs that were accepted to be delivered as a Service in remote facilities)
  * Information of the GE on the FI-WARE Catalogue should be complete and should contain the information that will allow UC projects to start using the GE. Please check the defined guidelines as already mentioned in the mail sent this morning by Matteo (subject "*** EXTREMELY IMPORTANT *** How to populate the catalogue!!!")

With the exception of Cloud Hosting GEs, for which deployment has been delayed until September because the final infrastructure won't be ready yet, all the rest of GEs planned to be available on the testbed by end of July have to fulfill these two requirements before August 15th. Failing to meet that deadline will be interpreted so that the resources of the partner allocated in the Testbed WP have not been properly put in place, and therefore corresponding cost statements regarding WP10 (Testbed) will be rejected.

Note that the UC projects have been just informed about the existence of the FI-WARE Catalogue for consultation.

  Best regards,

-- Juanjo and Stefano
