[Fiware-wpa] Next steps and responsibilities

Dear colleagues,

  I'm going to be relatively off-line during the coming days because I will be on holidays.   However, I will be able to connect every night and send/respond some messages.

  Nevertheless, Miguel is acting while I'm on holidays.

  Regarding announcement of the availability of GEs in the FI-WARE Testbed, Stefano de Panfilis will be one who will perform such announcements on behalf of FI-WARE.   As per agreement during our last confcall, Stefano, supported by Matteo and Miguel, owns the right to decide when a FI-WARE GE complies with the requirements for announcing its availability to UC projects:

  *   The GE should be available, i.e. deployed on Testbed VMs (or on remote premises for those few GEs that were accepted to be delivered as a Service in remote facilities)
  *   Information of the GE on the FI-WARE Catalogue should be complete and should contain the information that will allow UC projects to start using the GE.   Please check the defined guidelines as already mentioned in the mail sent this morning by Matteo (subject "*** EXTREMELY IMPORTANT *** How to populate the catalogue!!!")

  Sometime during this evening/night, before tomorrow, I will send a couple of emails dealing with:

  *   Peer-review of FI-WARE GE Open Specifications
  *   Peer-review of Architecture document
  *   Guidelines for reviewing the FI-WARE Technical Roadmap (to be submitted early next week)
