Hi all,

  Today, I had to accompany my wife to the doctor and we were supposed to leave the consultation/visit on time for me to connect at 14:00 to our confcall.   However, the doctor has called us announcing that his whole schedule has shift and we should plan for delays ...

  For this reason, we need to re-schedule the confcall as to start at 15:00 ... given the fact that we ask you to book for two hours and a half, which shouldn't be needed, hopefully it doesn't represent a problem ...    Apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  During the first part of the confcall, taking advantage that we are all together, we will try to close some of the joint WP meetings that may take place during the week.   Also what speeches (e.g., USDL or Identity Management and Access Control Architecture) may be worth scheduling on Wednesday after lunch, which is the day where we booked the auditorium.   Carlos Ralli and Miguel Carrillo will drive this part.

  It would be nice that you arrive at the meeting with a good estimation of number of people from your WP who will join the f2f meeting.   I'm particularly worried about the number of people that can be present in the common slots at the auditorium, which is big but has limited capacity.
