Everything for a annual fee which may be negotiated later if the project gets approved but, after some initial conversations with the organization currently in charge of providing support for this infrastructure in FI-WARE, may not go higher than 8K€/year in the case of STREPs and 10 K€/year in the case of IP projects. Such a fee would be mostly devoted to cover actual costs as you can imagine, that is, there is no margin that is going for the benefit of FI-WARE. The project in question would directly pay the fee, by means of subcontracting services linked to support of the FI-WARE CWE Infrastructure to the organization that is dealing with such a service in FI-WARE, not to the FI-WARE project. If you consider that offering beneficial to your proposal, please free to incorporate a reference to this opportunity in it. Attached you will find some generic text you may be able to add under a section that could be well named as “Collaborative Working Environment” under the standard section on “S/T Methodology and Associated Work Plan” I guess you may have in your proposal. If you want to cover the amount required for subcontracting this service in your proposal, it would be just a matter of adding the necessary amount under subcontracting under Management activities and describe it in the section on "Subcontracting", typically under "Consortium as a whole", using a text like the one also included in the attached Word. Hope you find this offering interesting. Definitively would lead to a win-win for all parties including FI-WARE.
