After our meetings last week in Madrid and as requested, you as WPLs/WPAs surely have a number of minutes of meetings. I assume that mostly on google docs, maybe part of them in word or other formats.

Those on google docs ban be downloaded and used straightaway with no effort whatsoever! See an example (it comes up in the local language but you get the idea)

The audit processes frequently request minutes and also the reviewers will need this. Google docs are good to work with but once we have finished we have to consolidate all the info on our doc. mgmt system.
