[Fiware-wpa] [Fiware-wpl] Analysis (& Work to be done by WPls/WPas) - Support tracker for UC projects requirements

dear carlos,

as per current tickets system there is no possibility of rthe uc projects
to issue a ticket with respect to the testbed as this entry is not in the
drop-box.

it migth be useful to add this item in the list, unless we do not want
ticket on this critical aspect ... ;-)
