[Fiware-wpa] Monitoring FI-WARE Tesbed V1 deployment

dear all,

the following days and weeks will be very hot for us and not only for the
summer, but because we have to deploy the fi-ware testbed v1.
as you know we foreseen two major deplyments: v1.1 on 31 july and v1.2 on
30 september.

we, in particular henar (gracias!!!), already prepared some vm for some of
the ge to be installed and the ge instance repsonsibles, also recepients in
this email, have been emailed on how to go ahead. in the next coming days
and weeks more vms, where necessary, will be ready in order to have all the
ge instance for v1.1 to be installed.

in this context what we need is:
1.
ge instance responsibles and testbed team to fill the doodle with their
holidays period so that we can better synchronise the activity

2.
for ge instance responsibles, to fill the doodle telling when they will
install their ge instance

3.
for ge instance responsibles and wpl leaders/architects to declare if their
ge instance is multi-tenant or not (you can do that by accessing the form
of your ge instance from the implemantation cockpit page at
https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/testbed/index.php/Testbed_V1_Implementation_Cockpit#Testbed_V1_Cockpitand
than following the link of the ge instance box). this info is of
critical importance!!! in fact, if your ge instance is not multi tenant, or
you suspect it not to be so for the version to be deployed in testbed v1,
we have to prepare different vms one for each of the uc project interested
....

as you can recognise all of the above is of great importance as we have to
syncronise not only the work of the testbed deplyoment, but also the access
of it from the uc projects which, in fact, are already asking access.....!!!

for your convenience, please find attached the current testbed status. if
you spot any error please let me know immediately
