  Thanks for raising this.   Actually the template apply both to:

  *   PP GEs that are offered as a Service, hosted in remote facilities provided by the GE owner
  *   PP GEs that are hosted on the Testbed (as one of the possible options, see below)

  I remind you that for GEs hosted on the Testbed we have given two alternatives regarding delivery of software and Installation/Admin Guides (for the GE owner to decide):

  *   Deliver the binaries and Installation/Admin guide on the VMs allocated to the GE on the Testbed
  *   Deliver the binaries and Installation/Admin guide on FusionForge (restricted access area)

  If the first option is chosen, what will be submitted to the EC is a document based on the template that I attached to my email.   Note that the template will be the same for this case and the case of PP GEs hosted in remote facilities provided by the GE owner.   Obviously, what will change is the IP address (in one case, it will be one linked to the Tesbed, in the other case, it will be one to be provided by the GE owner)

2. Just FYI, in that case you caused at least for us (NSN) extra work which turns up not to be needed: colleagues are struggling to create install/admin guides for NSN IDM complying with Miguel's guidelines, which finally will not be required. Other partners might be in the same situation.

  The GEs offered as a service in remote facilities have to be ready by end of July.  The Installation/Admin guides have to be delivered in those servers according to the contract so that the EC can review them or double-check they exist when they want.   This means, in the case of the NSN IDM GE, that they have to make it accessible in the hosting facility where they have deployed the GE.   I don't know when the EC will try to check that they are actually there, or even if they will do it  ... but if you play with the timing and want to run the risk of not providing it now and bet that you will have it ready a the time the EC actually request for the access to check it has been delivered, it would be at your own risk.   They should be there by end of July.   TID won't check it to comply with your privacy requirements.   If you want us to check it, you should provide us access, the same way as with the EC.

  As already announced, the software and Installation/Administration Guides of GEs marked as PP will be covered by the insertion of a page per GE that will be part of the corresponding WP deliverable.

  Following is the draft text of the page we plan to insert for your consideration in case you have any comments (please send them not just to me but with cc to Miguel):

<GE Name > - Software Release and Installation and Administration guide
The <GE Name> GE will be offered as a service by the GE owner. Besides, the software release of the GE and the accompanying Installation and Administration guide are of PP dissemination level[1].
In accordance with the privacy restrictions requested by GE owner, both the software (binaries) and the Installation and Administration Guides were not reviewed by the FI-WARE coordinator or the Work Package leader and the responsibility for the quality and appropriateness of this part of the deliverables remain solely with the partner who is the GE owner.
The software (binaries) and the Installation and Administration Guides are accessible to the EC for reviewing purposes on a remote server located at <IP address> via ssh with user: EC and password to be disclaimed upon explicit request to the project coordinator.   The partner who is the GE owner will govern this access.
