Hi all,

 I have compiled the info gathered so far regarding preparation of our 1st year Review in the following Google docs document:

 There, you will see first a proposed draft agenda for the review, based on what we discussed yesterday.   Feedback is welcome (please add it to the doc in the form of comment or edition).   We shall close it by Friday so that we can send it to Arian.

 I have also added a section so that we can gather our ideas regarding the presentations we have to elaborate.   This is currently just covering what we discussed yesterday.   Please add whatever idea you may have, preferable by adding text with a color and your name in brackets (e.g., [Pier])

 Last but not least, I have added a section to gather proposals on how to answer each of the recomendations by the reviewers.   An AP on all of you is to provide proposals/feedback on each of them before this Friday.

 We still have to carry out more discussions, so let's have a second brainstorming session today after the UC projects' sessions as we made yesterday.
