[Fiware-wpa] New reviewer: urgent

[Miguel Carrillo]

Dear all,

After checking the list of reviewers from the agenda, we have found out
that there seemed to be a new reviewer. We checked with the CE and this
is the case, so we need to approve his inclusion in the review team of
the EC.

This person will be present in the yearly review, not intermediate ones.

This is an item for tomorrow's agenda, please be ready to let us know if
there are any objections. I attach his CV.
