[Fiware-wpa] [Fiware-wpl] Draft version of FI-WARE's Yearly Report

Dear Miguel,
quick review of the doc with some comments. A general comment is that in 
some of the Wp descriptions it is not clear which partners worked in 
which tasks.

In addition to this, I strongly believe that at least a representative 
of each Industrial partner should be present at the review for the 
following reasons:
to motivate their commitment and exploitation,
to justify their effort and costs.

I personally think that none of us can and should do this on their 
behalf as this means lack of commitment and credibility from their side. 
It could results a bit weird if ATOS justified or explained the 
exploitation, for instance, of NSN or EAB.
