[Fiware-wpa] IMPORTANT: Delivery of SW releases - DEADLINE: Thursday

Dear all,

We need to deliver the final & complete version of Release 1. This means:

  *   Software on SVN (or alternative methods as per the guidelines on the private wiki)
  *   Unit Testing Plan
  *   Admin & Install guides
  *   User & Progrs. Manual

This involves ALL WPL/WPA. We are going to give all the deliverables in the new format devised by SAP, including the GEs that were delivered months ago and not planned on the roadmap for this time. The idea is not to give increments to  the reviewers but just a whole doc per WP and deliverable, containing the consolidated results of the two deliveries (the one from mid summer and the coming one). This was requested by the PO so unfortunately it is not open to discussion.

This has two parts that can be addressed in parallel.

  *   Creating the deliverable structure (I will send a separate email with details)
  *   Creating the wiki pages with the contents of the manuals (theoretically finished)
     *   I will re-review everything tomorrow (which means that I will completely ignore my email)
     *   We have to see if we need to move pages from the pivate to the public wiki etc. But this is minor and can be done in minutes.

The first part is basically creating the skeleton of the deliverable. It can be done in parallel, with the wiki pages we have for the manuals now. Once we have the lists of wiki pages linked here, we can generate the deliverables as many times as needed. This means that you do this work once, then no matter if you update an Installation manual, this will not change.

In summary: we will put together all the work we have done so far and we have 3 days (theoretically it is already there so there is a lot of margin) , including delivery generation.

Yuo can start now creating the deliverable structure following the guidelines from Thorsten that I will send in a few minutes.

We will deliver chapter by chapter separately.
