Dear Carlos and All, I believe that the template proposed might expose to risks some of the GEs, at least for what concerns I2ND chapter, but I expect it could hit also other chapters. Indeed, highlighting the stakeholders in a specific column (slide 2, 3) means that for those GEs planned but not yet available, and for which the UPCs could not give a more precise feedback, the column would result empty. Moreover, listing the Features doesn't give visibility of other activities (typically coded as WorkItems), which might have been predominant in the period, compared to the implementation activities. So I wonder if we can agree on a different way to express the work done so far. I currently don't provide updates to the slides because I think this is a topic which needs comments by you and all the WPL/WPAs before proceeding. Then if a modification is agreed, the slides will be modified accordingly. As an example, I started collecting data for the I2ND presentation using basically text slides + slide(s) on the GE architecture, as we did for the past review. Probably this would not be the best template to use this time, but we could arrange to have a mixed set of slides based on the two.
