[Fiware-wpa] URGENT: Terms and Conditions linked to FI-WARE GEis in the FI-WARE Catalogue

Dear Juanjo,

I've updated all the entries with an empty Terms and Conditions page 
with the text you proposed.
Here below the text I've used in order to remove the direct reference to 
the SAMSON ...
all the involved entries can now go to their T&C page and update it with 
their GEI name.

Projects being part of the FI-PPP program can use this FI-WARE GE 
implementation under the conditions established in the FI-PPP 
Collaboration Agreement that they should have signed as beneficiaries of

tracker available at:

    https://forge.fi-ware.eu/tracker/?group_id=7

to report bugs on this FI-WARE GE, formulate questions or issue 
enhancement requests. Please record values of the "FI-WARE Chapter", 
"FI-WARE GE implementation product" and "Assigned to" fields in your ticket.

Development, testing and experimentation of applications using:
<ul>
<li>experimental instances deployed on the FI-WARE Open Innovation Lab 
facilities (see section "Experimental Instances" under the "Instances" 
tab linked to this entry)</li>
<li>versions of the software downloaded from resources under the 
"downloads" tab linked to this entry</li>
</ul>
is subject to the terms and conditions established in the "<a
