Hi all,

  Given the fact that we didn't reach enough consensus, also some people questioned the benefits of this against the risks and, last but not least, some members of the PCC didn't respond, we will finally not send a letter with observations.

  On another track, I was planning to send the PO and reviewers an email explaining how we are addressing the different checkpoints they setup, in order to demonstrate our engagement to deal with issues raised in the project review report and how things are progressing.    I will share a draft of this message as soon as I get it finished so that we can all review it.   But there is no a strict deadline for that as there was regarding sending observations.

  To all those who has responded this request, many thanks for your quick reaction and constructive comments.
