Dear Juanjo and colleagues, The position of Engineering is very simple. It was their unilateral decision to withdraw the project. They were not asked for any reason to do so nor the project changed its position or way of working thus making them impossible to stay in. On the contrary the create a certain damage to the consortium. When they withdraw they declare no more effort to be provided, again not a request from us. So if for whatever reason a wpl asked them to complete a certain work this must be recognised. For what pertains wp10 no effort provided in the concerned period. If all the other wpl declare the same nothing can be recognised to them.
