[Fiware-wpa] New partners joining the consortium

Dear all,

After the approval of Amendment 5 we can close the incorporation of the
remaining partners from Open Call2 and 3.

I will intruct them to join the forge and the collaborative environment
now. Please provide your support at WP level to make sure that they are
properly informed of all that is needed to work. This implies general
guidance for the tools, the WPLs/WPAs must act as the first support
level  (in other words, they must come to you by default and escalate
only those you cannot resolve yourselves)

I enclose the "official" list of contacts of Open Call2 and 3  that our
admin team have been using so far.
