[Fiware-wpa] Backlog - available the updated reviews with progress perspective

In order to help you check how your chapters progress on fixing issues during last month, I share the reviews.

Little progress. Increasing flat structure
Markus, I think your chapter is in a position reduce wiki errors to 0% easily since the only issue remaining is the mismatching wiki-tracker. There's a number of references of the wiki not found in the tracker.
It doesn't make sense to me flat structure is increasing. It looks the team is not using the naming convention properly.

Alex, there are two items with empty rational fields in the wiki. Please, fix them ASAP
Alex, it seems to me my efforts to progress the backlog has not affected the cloud chapter.

It doesn't make sense to me flat structure is increasing. It looks like the team is using a wrong naming convention.

Again congratulations to Sergio and Pascal for the important progress on the Data and Security Chapters.

Next weeks I hope I'll be able to do some automatic updates to fix some recurring specific issues. Meanwhile, I'd appreciate having the effort and support from the partners.
