[Fiware-wpa] Porting manuals to the public wiki

Dear all,

After discussing it a bit with Juanjo, we see that we need to move all the public manuals to the public wiki (approved or not) and link them from "Materializing...". Many of these manuals  are already ported there but not all.

  *   Please ensure that you do not create two versions (old one and "_R2"). The new one has to replace (overwrite) the precedent one.
  *   Please ensure that they are properly linked from "Materializing..." under the standard sections following the usual procedure (if more than one user manual, for instance, we create an intermediate page with the links to all of them)
  *   PPP restricted manuals must be similarly moved to the "PPP restricted" wiki
  *   Ensure that you use the "pagemoved"  template to avoid confusions (if not, people will edit any of the two at random)
  *   Ensure that you update the links under:
     *   https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/FiwareDeliverablesR2

Please complete this as soon as you have availability, we  will have to do a lot of checking before the Campus and there is very little time left for quality cycles.

Well, I think that this is all, let me know if there's something I am missing!
