Dear all (particularly FI-WARE GEi owners),

  As you know, we are currently running at the rehearsal meeting of the month 30 review that will take place this Wednesday.

  We have accommodated the agenda of the review at the light of the comments sent by our PO, Arian Zwegers. You can review it at:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmxBgS-lWT4vdDB6NXJzMHVubDg1Zko5VG5BbzAzSnc&usp=sharing

  Discussion on GEis will be structured in two timeslots:

  * First part focused on those GEis about which discussion will take place about whether it is worthwhile to continue funding development of.
     * We will structure this timeslot so that companies elaborate on those GEis which are in this part.
     * These companies have to come with proposed slides not later than tomorrow 12:00pm CET so that we can review them at the rehearsal meeting tomorrow.
     *   One slide per company:
        *   Siemens
        *   Ericsson
        *   DT
        *   Telecom Italia
        *   University of Surrey
        *   NEC
        *   Telefonica
        *   Orange
        *   Inria
        *   NSN
        *   Technicolor
        *   Alcatel Lucent
        *   IBM
     * Time will be limited to 5 minutes. 3 minutes to present the slide and 2 other minutes to Q&A
  * Second part focused on those GEis about which specific questions have been formulated
     * We will structure this timeslot so that WPLs elaborate a presentation on specific questions on GEis within their chapters (one slide maximum per question)
     * WPLs may ask you for specific input for preparing their presentations.

  Please provide your input on time for the rehearsal meeting tomorrow.

  Cheers,

-- Juanjo

The question for the first group is whether it is worthwhile to continue funding development of:

- Apps Chapter

                - (Service Composition, Ericsson Composition Editor (ECE) / Ericsson)

                - Service Mashup, Mashup Factory / DT

                - Malware Detection Service (Opt), Morphus / Inria

- I2ND Chapter

                - Cloud Proxy

                - (I2ND) Network Information and Control (NetIC-VNP), Altoclient/ALU-D

                - (I2ND) Network Information and Control (NetIC-OFNIC), VNP/NSN

Then there are specific questions for the second group:

- Security Chapter

                - KeyRock by UPM?? Status?

Subject: GEs to discuss in the review meeting

Dear Arian,

As you can easily gather, we are focused on the review now and there is

an important item we would like to prepare properly. Although we

understand that all GEs could be subject to discussion, we would like to

know as much as we can in advance. What GEs you have in mind to discuss

in particular? This would greatly help us to concentrate efforts and

provide a more accurate reply to your questions

This is particularly relevant in the case of the partners who are not

directly represented at the review meeting (you can infer this from the

attendee list). If there are questions for them, it would seriously

help to make the meeting more productive (or who knows if this could

even motivate some extra partners to join the review, given the case)

Best regards

Miguel
