[Fiware-wpa] Online review dashboard

Dear all,

We are using this online spreadsheet to have the R3.2 reviews up to date. This will be more agile since anyone in the project will be able to see how his/her GE is going without asking the WPL/WPA. This does not mean that we will accept messages from individual GEi for the moment, there are way to many to be able to cope. The WPLs/WPAs should centralise the interaction and we will funnel our comments through them.

I basically used the roadmap to see what has new functionality  in R3.1 and R3.2. Note that each row is a GE implementation, not a GE (a GE could have more than one). Please take a look at your chapter and  let me know if:

  *   You miss a particular implementation  (or a whole GE)
  *   If one of the GEis here are not going to be delivered

As regards WP13, I have no clue...
