[Fiware-wpa] FI-WARE - Access Control GE (doc on Authorization Server now uploaded on Private Wiki

Dear Juanjo and WPL/WPA Colleagues,

This just to let you know that I have create on the private wiki and a new folder for us to share across chapter and upfront some technical documents.

I started to populate here with information we as Thales were requested  (as direct follow-up of WPLs/WPas meeting in Rome regarding the Access Control GE we are working on and more precisely the PDP.

In case of any further questions you may have please contact first and foremost Cyril (in cc) who produced that documentation and is working shaping the Access Control GE to be delivered for V2 to FI-WARE (and so WPs interested) and Use Cases Projects.
