[Fiware-wpa] About Architects week in April

Hi all,

Just let you know that heavy discussions have came as a result of
announcing that UC projects have to attend the proposed Architects Week
on the second week of April.

I have informed CONCORD that the only two options that we may live
with are the first and second week of April, and still the second is the
only one that secures participation of more FI-WARE WPLs/WPAs. However,
I guess that we may be flexible and go for the first week in case that
all the rest of the FI-PPP agree in that they can make it that week. I
hope that those who expressed they may have difficulties can finally
make it or find a replacement.

This should be fixed in the coming days, just wanted to let you know
so that you don't book your flights and then have to change it right
afterwards if a change on dates is agreed.

I have already explained that splitting the Architects Week in two
weeks is not an option for FI-WARE.

   Best regards,

-- Juanjo
