     the doodle has been updated accordingly with the new end date.
I kindly ask who has already inserted their attendance info to update 
them as well.

Looking forward to meet you in Rome I take the opportunity also to tell 
you that lunches
and coffee breaks are offered by Engineering. We're planning a social 
event on Tuesday
or Wednesday evening ( not offered by Enineering ;-) ) and I'll 
circulate the details
about this as soon as possible.
