[Fiware-wpa] Re-scheduling of joint WPLs/WPAs follow-up confcall

Hi,

   Ok, let's keep it at 12:00 CET.   I hope that we could make it very
short because I would like to concentrate on preparation of the f2f
meeting in Rome and I have a concrete proposal about how to deal with
finalization of the agenda.

   Those that cannot attend, please stay tunned and react to the minutes.

   Bridge details will be as always.
