Dear All, Within Data/Context WP we have been recently building up a presentation compiling technical details, approved roadmap and current proposals (to be accepted by GE owners) for all the chapter GE. It was initially thought as a WP working material, but I considered it might help also to provide input for Rome meeting or even as a kind of template if other WPs are thinking to generate similar materials for further technical discussions later on. The presentation is called "Quo vadis Data/Context chapter?" and it is available in the private Wiki in the Technical Meetings->201301-WPla-Rome folder. - Direct link is: https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/27/1809/Quo+vadis+Data-Context+%28WP6%29.pptx I'll not be myself in Rome but I'd like to receive some input also for this template if possible (in case there are some minutes to discuss it). Just let me add that during the slot allocated to the "Demo Evolution" I would like to introduce you all what we are developing in WP9 for what concern the demonstration (and effectiveness) of the Tools Chapter proposals. Of course, all WPAs (and that includes de WP of the Tools chapter) are encouraged to present their proposals on how the demo should evolve. I'm also preparing some material to use for discussing about the platform to use during the next training sessions ... from my understanding this may fit together with the "Open Innovation Lab" aspects. I indeed expect that you will bring valuable ideas to be applied regarding the Open Innovation Lab. BTW, and for all WPLs/WPAs, we should not focus on just technical matters with respect to the FI-WARE Open Innovation Lab. There, please consider the different angles: * legal aspects ... what are the principles that should guide the terms and conditions (not only legal but operational, e.g., usage quotas) * operational support * training ... how can we scale (webinars, videos, ...) * tools easing usage of the Open Innovation Lab by developers * anything we have to do regarding evolution of the Catalogue ? * ... Best regards, -- Juanjo let me know what you think and/or, please, take these two point into account for the final agenda. If we acumulate delays (and for some topics, we will devote as much as time as needed), some of the topics allocated in Thursday may simply get discarded. Check all what is described at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqGGeaQGro3fdHdwYUUzdURyN0pqMl9KMlg3M1V2UEE#gid=0 as needed for preparation on your side.
