[Fiware-wpa] [Fiware-wpl] Presentation on workplan for phase 2 projects

Dear colleagues,
My suggestion would be:

Introduce one or two slides on the _actual_ and planned availability and features/components of FI-WARE in the beginning of the document. This information probably is information they are anyway "longing" for and might put us in a good position.

- what does FI-WARE provide?
	- development platform for future internet applications
	- business ecosystem around future internet applications and services 
	- one UC example and what was done in phase 1
- major milestones for FI-WARE
	- release 2 of the platform & components
	- Opening of the open innovation lab & "general availability" of fi-ware testbed to third parties

The down-side is that there might be discussions on details, so potentially make it an agenda-item on your presentation & put it on the end of the presentation, then all the UC will definitely stay in the room and wait for this part, consuming the rest of the information hopefully :)

Thanks for the slideset.

Only one suggestion from my side: not to wait for September to have the f2f meeting with the capacity building project. For me the sooner would be the better (even if the first of a series ...).

Hi all,

   Please find enclosed a draft version of the presentation regarding workplan to be presented during the negotiation workshop next week.

   I have tried to capture all what we discussed during our meeting in
Rome.   I'm still working on it but I guess there is already enough
content as to start gathering your feedback/comments.

   I would kindly ask you to provide your comments before noon tomorrow, so that I can close an almost final version before the PCC meeting on the afternoon
