Dear Thierry,

  I hope that the email on the Campus Party event that I have just sent may bring more light and some answers to some of your questions.

  Note that I haven't been able to provide the details about agenda because this was closed on Friday last week and yesterday I was on a trip with little time to work in the email I have just sent to all of you.

  I will send now an email with a summary of Action Points that requires attention of WPLs regarding organization.

Campus party is planned between the 2nd and the 7th of September in London. As WPL I had many questions from partners to know details about this event and because times is running faster in Summer with holidays and London is always expensive. We need quickly some answers to these basic questions, which are also related to agenda definition (and I think the agenda is not well defined currently). Have you also some questions in your chapter? Do you have some other questions to add to this list?

  *   When can we register?
  *   Where is the place for the Campus party?
  *   Which hotel to book (some facilities are planned or not)
